Enmore Coffee is now Open!

Black Market Roasters opens a new espresso bar on one of Sydney’s funkiest Eat Streets

Sydney local small batch coffee wholesalers Black Market Roasters have just opened a new retail espresso bar this month in the rejuvenating Enmore Road district.

Only 50 metres from Enmore theatre, Black Market Roasters (86 Enmore Road) will bring their specialty coffee, home baked treats and highly skilled baristas to the new Inner West eat street.

Owners Jessica and Angus Nicol are the founders of thriving Sydney cafes, TopHat Coffee Merchants, in Clovelly, and Swallow Coffee traders in Rockdale. Holding the SMH Good Café 2 cup status for a couple of years running and turning coffee heads around Sydney, their latest venture keeps pushing the boundaries of coffee extraction.

Angus mentions “Enmore is becoming a hub for creatives and entrepreneurs, with a strong local foodie talent in Young Henry’s, Harts Yard, Midnight Special, Justin Hemmes new venture, sister Porteno restaurant plus way too much more to mention”.

“Black Market Roasters is all about bringing some of the world’s best coffee to Sydney suburbs and serving it in a relaxed, super efficient way.

“While the staff work on complex extraction ratios and cold brew flavours, as a customer we want to help educate and show people how easy it is to make great coffee, even at home, providing the portal by which to learn and experiment.”

Black Market Roasters will continue to offer wholesale coffee for cafes around Sydney, as well as barista courses and online coffee subscriptions (which includes free delivery throughout Australia).
